Property Advisor - First Home Buyer Specialist

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Base Salary: $80k

On Target Earnings: $400k (Uncapped Commission)

About the Role

As a Property Advisor specialising in first home buyers, you'll guide clients through every step of their journey, from initial consultation to moving into their new home. Your role includes:

  • Conducting personalised consultations (in-person and via Zoom) to create tailored home ownership plans.
  • Partnering with our finance team to secure optimal loan solutions for clients.
  • Recommending and matching clients with suitable properties.
  • Managing a sales pipeline and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.
  • Building long-term client relationships and generating referrals.
  • Networking with land agents to access exclusive opportunities.

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within real estate, property investment, finance or related fields.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard software systems.
  • A goal-driven mindset and a commitment to excellence.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
