Are you a proactive HR professional looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference? DCL Contracting are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support our workforce, partner with leaders, and drive key HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy implementation.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and workplace policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Support recruitment efforts by advising hiring managers on best practices and conducting interviews as needed.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll queries, and HR systems.
- Deliver HR training sessions to staff and management, ensuring legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Assist with the implementation of change management processes, including organizational restructures.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends, policies, and legal requirements.

**Skills & Experience Required -**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Work legislation and award interpretation.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while prioritising effectively.
- Understanding of fast-paced operational environments.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
