We are seeking a motivated and experienced Global Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.

**Duties will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Overseeing the offshore Migration Recruitment Team.
- Supporting with visa and nominations
- Onboarding new migrant employees and allocating accommodation.
- Fast paced working environment
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets;
- Point of contact for newly arrived oversees employees.
- Ability to work and assist in the direction of junior team members
- Support management with internal Human Resources management; performance reviews; employee retention; salary review; development of office staff and site employees.
- Support High volume recruitment for Blue Collar Tradespersons
- Generate reports.
- Generate continuous improvement

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must be available for an immediate start
- Previous experience working within the mining or civil industry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and be adaptable and dynamic.
- Has an ability to sell business strategies and idea's (a previous recruitment sales background would assist).
- Solutions driven individual; that can show initiative and drive optimism
