**About the Role**
The HR Administrator is responsible for a broad range of duties which support multiple functions. In complex health care service delivery there are no two days that are the same, and this role will provide ad hoc support to whatever projects and duties the HR team are undertaking from week to week. The position will also play a big general role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of our employee information. The role will also ensure that employee information, skills and qualifications comply with the relevant standards and organisational policies at all times.
**Key duties include**:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employee enquiries
- Working with the teams across the organisation to manage and monitor HR compliance by ensuring employee credentials and mandatory training records are up to date, actioning appropriately whenever necessary
- Developing, communicating and maintaining annual mandatory training calendars, including scheduling employees for relevant trainings and competencies
**This role is being hired on a permanent full time basis and is located at our central office in Kewdale. We will initially be hiring the role on fixed term (3 month) contract, with extension or permanency a likely possibility.**
**Skills & Experience**
**Key requirements include**:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot problems
- Relevant qualifications within human resources, training and development or similar are highly desirable but not essential
- Experience in a previous role, ideally within a healthcare sector, is desirable but not essential
