**Your new role awaits**

Coates People Services team are looking for an HR Coordinator to join us either in our Sydney or Perth offices.

You’ll be given the opportunity to take part in projects which will allow you to expand your knowledge and skillset and contribute to the improvement of Coates processes and policies on a national level.

The right person for this role is hungry for career growth and progression, possibly a recent graduate in a human resources or business field, a recruiter with a desire to move into a HR career pathway, or someone who has already begun their journey in HR and is looking to join one of Australia’s most iconic national brands.

**A typical day for you**
- Responding to employee enquiries via our organisational ticketing system (Jira)
- Preparing employment contracts for new employees and internal movements
- Providing advice on policies and procedures to internal stakeholders of all levels
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- Preparing reports on employee related matters
- Participating and contributing towards various team projects.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Superb attention to detail - this is ESSENTIAL
- Ability to manage tasks to strict deadlines in-line with SLA’s
- Business acumen - ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with EBA frameworks, Awards, and NES framework
- Confidentiality and a mature mindset
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is beneficial
- HR or Business qualification is beneficial
