The **Operations / Service Delivery Officers** will support existing team members as the breadth of work increases. The successful **Operations / Service Delivery Officers **will be offered an initial **11 month** contract along with a **possible extension** option partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**. The successful **Operations / Service Delivery Officers **will be responsible for, but not limited to: - Supporting cross-business and IT working groups (in some cases, chairing these meetings) - Triaging service request tickets and actioning these via the admin user interface - Managing the mailbox for the team (triage and allocation of requests to relevant team members) - Ability to coordinate / manage completion of work which at times may be assigned to multiple teams The successful **Operations / Service Delivery Officers **will have experience in the following: - Understanding of service delivery (incident management, defect management, release process) at a high-level - Strong stakeholder management skills both for our internal and external stakeholders - Proficient in use of MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio - Experience working in a similar environment or help desk setting would be advantageous
