We are seeking highly motivated, client-focused individuals to join our Workplace Services team.
As a **Workplace Services Officer,** you’ll undertake a range of tasks and activities relating to the practical operations of the workplace, and various portfolios in the Business Management team.
You will be an escalation point for staff and stakeholders, providing advice and recommendations on a range of enquiries and issues. You’ll use multiple communication channels, manage incoming phone calls and monitor the team’s mailbox.
Using your problem-solving skills, you’ll undertake research and analysis to provide advice on client enquiries and support project-related work. You’ll work collaboratively and may also be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring staff on their work.
As some roles will provide site-based support, you may be required to work onsite during business hours.
These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in **Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Traralgon, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
