**Your new company**

Working within a small agency that is continuously growing. They have a responsibility for providing support and relief to Australians in need. This Federal Government Department allows you to be close to the purpose of your work.

**Your new role**

Are you an experienced Finance Operations Officer? With Federal Government experience? This is the role for you. Seeking an eager individual to provide support to the corporate finance group over end of financial year activities. In your new role you will be responsible for, though not limited to:

- Daily management of the Treasury Function and cash management.
- Manage mailbox queries and ensure timely action of daily & monthly operational tasks.
- Assist the Financial Accountant with accruals and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely processing of accounts payable through shared services.
- Support management of travel and credit cards.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need to be a self-starter who has experience working within the Federal Government in a similar capacity. You will need to be a clear, concise communicator who enjoys engaging with internal and external stakeholders with resilience to working within a changing environment.

**What you'll get in return**

You will have an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. Working within a dynamic team and options to work flexibly on occasion.
