**The Role**
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Provider Operations and Claim Support, the Service Delivery Officer is the first point of contact to assist employers, Services Australia and DEWR State Office staff with resolving issues relating to Australian Apprenticeship claims and payments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Responsibilities of the APS Level 4 Service Delivery Officer may include:

- Undertaking inbound and outbound telephony work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Processing Australian Apprenticeship Incentive claims in DEWR’s Apprenticeship Data Management System.
- Undertaking desktop analysis activities to support Apprentice Connect Australia Provider performance and assurance monitoring.
- Monitoring and managing departmental and team mailboxes.
