**The Organisation**:
Our client are a multifaceted builder with strong presence across New Homes, Apartments and townhouse developments.

**The Role & Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing a portfolio of Pre site & on site Client files
- Permit Applications (Building Permits, Occupancy Permits);
- Booking and Conducting Contract Appointments;
- Customer Service
- dealing with clients on a daily basis, keeping regular contact and providing updates throughout the course of the build;
- Problem Solving - First point of contact for clients;
- Preparing clients for settlement.
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Administrative / Customer Service capacity within the Construction industry **(experience working with a volume builder would be advantageous);**:

- Understanding of construction, techniques, terminology, costs and be able to communicate this in Layman's terms;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to prioritise, plan and achieve project objectives across multiple concurrent projects.
