The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Client Relations Executive to support our venue partners across Australia. Reporting to the Client Relations Lead, you'll play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and retaining our growing network of venues.

You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our partners are set up for success - working closely with internal teams and helping to drive revenue through renewals and strong relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard new venue clients and ensure they're getting the most out of HeadBox products
  • Coordinate 3D venue shoots and manage all pre-shoot logistics
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximise venue exposure across HeadBox channels
  • Build strong relationships with venue partners, providing ongoing support and training
  • Drive subscription renewals and retention, with clear revenue targets

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role
  • Strong organisation and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High attention to detail - especially with client-facing content
  • A team mindset and a flexible, "can-do" attitude
  • A passion for creating seamless client experiences
