Vietnamese-Speaking Client Coordinator – Casual, Remote Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a client in the migration services sector, who is seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Client Coordinator to assist with client communication and provide support to a registered migration agent.

About the Role

  • Casual, hourly-paid position
  • 5–20 hours per week, depending on workload and your availability
  • Remote work – flexible hours
  • Work with teams based in Springvale and Melbourne CBD
  • Client-facing coordination role, supporting migration-related work

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate and interpret between Vietnamese and English for client communications
  • Assist with preparing, reviewing, and organising client documents for visa applications
  • Coordinate with clients via phone, email, and online meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the migration agent

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail in handling client documents
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or migration/education services is a plus (but not essential)
