Your Role

As CSL’s Investor Relations (IR) Coordinator you will support the IR team in managing investor interactions, organising events, maintaining efficient administrative processes and identifying and implementing process improvements. This role is essential in ensuring the IR team can effectively engage with investors, contributing to the overall success of CSL's investor relations activities.

You will ensure smooth coordination of investor meetings, logístical planning and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key interactions will include the Financial Leadership Team (FLT), institutional investors and Global Leadership Group (GLG).

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations you will:

- Plan and execute Investor Site Tours, Capital Markets Day, Retail Shareholder Briefings and other ad hoc events
- Support in Research and Analysis, summarise and distribute analyst research notes and support with investor targeting and share register analysis
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence on behalf of senior executives
- Manage investor meeting coordination, event planning and logistics, booking venues and arranging AV setups
- Organise travel arrangements for the IR team & other designated leaders, including flights, accommodation, airport transfers and visa requirements
- Manage invoicing processes, including sending invoices to Accounts Payable, assisting with coding, and liaising with vendors
- Work closely with the senior Executive Assistant (EA) to the CFO and Head of IR
- Additionally, the role includes providing administration and coordination support to the Investor Relations team and other designated business leaders

Your Experience
- A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within investor relations, finance, or a related field
- Experience in organising events and coordinating travel logistics
- Familiarity with financial administration processes, including invoicing and expense reporting
- Experience in providing executive support to senior leaders where you need to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks
- Extensive experience in managing the time of senior leaders whilst prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically and able to demonstrate an understanding of the bigger picture
- Experience with Concur, Nasdaq, and other relevant software tools is advantageous
