This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with a reputable waste management company. This role is beginning on a temporary contract but has strong possibilities to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.
- Resolve issues with and working with customers.
- Ensure customer payments are received on time.
- Reconcile transactions with statements.
- Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable transactions, verification, etc.
- Collaborate with finance department members to maintain company financial health.
- Assist Accountant with financial Reporting
- Provide monthly AP/AR reports to management
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

**About You**:

- accounts receivable experience
- experience using Xero
- Excel experience advantageous
- Strong organisation skills
- Full working rights
- 2x covid vaccination
