The organisation is located in Abbotsford and support a hybrid working model, currently offering 3 days WFH each week.

**The Role**

In this role you will support the Finance Team by joining the Accounts Receivable function. Working in a small team you will take over the day to day / operational activities, freeing up the Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to lead some projects. You will also work closely with an engaging & supportive Finance Manager who has also been with the business for several years. This role will be temporary initially & give you a commitment of 6 months. However, there is a strong need for the role permanently so if performance is high its likely to convert to permanent much faster.

Duties will include:

- Raising invoices
- Daily banking
- Allocation of payments
- Reconciliations
- Billing
- Credit Control

**Your Profile**

To be successful in this role you will have experience in an end-to-end Accounts Receivable position and be keen to further develop your skills. Your Accounts Receivable skillset may come from a stand-alone position, or you may have handled Accounts Receivable as part of a much broader Finance Officer / Bookkeeper role. You will have the ability to manage your time effectively, be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
