**The Position**
An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a culture-focused business located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full function accounts receivable process across our clients markets.

Your key responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:

- Processing customer payments including receipting and allocations;
- Reconciliation of bank accounts across multiple markets;
- Investigating and managing the bank reconciliations reports;
- Customer account management and maintenance;
- Credit control management;
- Raising invoices and credit notes as required;
- Managing accounts across multi-currencies and various locations;
- Building strong and lasting relationships with customer by exercising empathy and understanding;
- Provide direct support to Finance Manager with all end of month reporting, budgeting and related projects
- Ad hoc transactional accounts receivable support as required for the smooth operation of the function.

**Skills & Experience**

In addition, you will demonstrates:

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems and processes with ease;
- Flexible work approach to meet the varying demands of an ever-changing and fast-moving environment;
- Accurate data entry skills;
- Ability to follow a process-driven environment;
- Effective and adaptive communication skills.
