About the role

As the first impression potential employees have of ProbeCX, our sourcing, attraction, onboarding and retention strategies are a key contributor to our business success.

Our Talent Acquisition Manager plays a vital role in forming and delivering these strategies as a major contributor to our overall employee experience and our ability to deliver on our strategic goals and importantly, client expectations.

Success will be measured through the delivery of the following outcomes- Develop and implement sustainable talent attraction, acquisition plans and strategies.- Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and with key colleagues and clients.- Demonstrate an active contribution to our overall employee experience by providing valued sourcing, attraction and onboarding experiences.- Lead your team constructively to ensure business needs are met.- Provide creative solutions proactively to ensure business needs are met.- Be inquisitive about what’s happening in the wider recruitment industry.- Deliver the right people, in the right jobs, on time and on budget.- Proactively communicate to ensure there are no surprises.- Ensure accuracy and compliance to all relevant legislation.- Proactively explore opportunities for improvement.- Embrace and support change.

About you- You are a passionate and experienced leader with demonstrated success in all aspects of Talent- Acquisition, including volume recruitment activities.- You understand the importance of delivering to expectations and can quickly respond to change.- You have a deep and inquiring knowledge of the recruitment industry, trends and projections and use these to help formulate your plans.- With a strong focus on achieving goals, you measure your success by being able to deliver the right people in the right jobs at the right time.- You value teamwork through your open, consultative, supportive and confident communication and are a trusted partner for hiring managers and the wider leadership group.- Your friends and colleagues would describe you as flexible, constructive, passionate, creative, resilient, open, professional, agile, confident, inquisitive and fun.- You know what to do to lead a successful team and support them to deliver the results needed.- You build trust quickly and share your knowledge freely and openly to ensure expectations are met.- You are able to travel to other sites and client appointments- You are able to travel interstate as required

Experience and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience leading a high volume recruitment team- Demonstrated experience working with an applicant tracking system- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and key business stakeholders- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management (Desirable)
