Permanent Talent Acquisition Role in a Large Not for Profit in the Health Sector.

**Your new company**
A large Not for Profit in the Health space is seeking a Talent Professional to join their team and manage their clinical recruitment processes. Working in a good sized HR team you will be supported and provided development opportunities.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will partner with hiring managers to run the end to end recruitment process, your average day will involve phone screening, sitting on interview panels, performing reference checks & onboarding.

**What you'll need to succeed**
Prior experience in end to end recruitment is necessary for success in this role. Ideally you will have hands on experience within the healthcare sector. You will be skilled in managing compliance as well as running an end to end recruitment experience.

**What you'll get in return**
A full time permanent Talent role, with 5 weeks annual leave and an accrued day off each month. Salary is $84k + super + salary packaging. With offices based on the CBD fringe, you will have real flexibility to work from home or the office.
