A leading defence contractor is seeking a TA Partner for a Temp to Perm opportunity in Melbourne CBD.

**Your new company**
This large multi-national client is an end-end developer of electrical systems and devices for the aerospace and defence sectors.

**Your new role**
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for end to end recruitment for a specific business unit. You will be working on roughly 20-25 requisitions at any one time, partnering closely with stakeholders to talent map.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You need to have 8+ years Recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume, complex environment. Applicants should also have direct search experience of niche positions within the Engineering and Procurement space.
