**THE COMPANY**:

**THE POSITION**:
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be part of a team that is responsible for the allocation of payments and chasing overdue accounts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for end to end Accounts Receivable
- Collection of overdue accounts
- Investigation into customer payment related issues
- Allocation of customer payments including EFTs, cheques and credit cards
- Weekly collections forecasting
- Weekly reporting on overdue accounts
- Resolution of invoice enquiries/issues
- Maintenance of the customer database

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- SimPro & Quickbooks experience, highly regarded
- MS Office - Intermediate to advance on Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
