**Highly successful and well established manufacturer/distributor based in Kingsgrove** is seeking a new team member to the friendly finance team.

You'll enjoy your day communicating with internal and external customers, as you tick off your tasks
- processing supplier invoices into our **PRONTO **ERP system
- Reconcile Supplier Accounts monthly
- Maintain Vendor Files
- Bank Reconciliations
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Maintain confidentiality of organisational information
- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits and collections are applied
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub
- ledger
- Reconciling Customer accounts monthly
- Support other accounting and finance team members and customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
