**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT**
**POST TITLE**: Customer Service
**ROLE & PURPOSE OF POSITION**
The role of Customer Service for In2 Performance is responsible for the process of signing up new members, admin work, performing gym floor checks, providing new and existing members with the highest hospitality and experience to ensure they are satisfied with our team and our facility. Receptionist is also responsible for serving members, stocking inventory, following up with leads and ensuring all members and non-members are pleased with our services.
Customer Service is to perform all necessary admin work and producers are followed correctly
Ensuring facility is neat and tidy by performing gym checklists
Report to staff manager

**KEY QUALITIES | ESSENTIALS**
Positive and inviting personality.
Willingness to perform their duties to meet the requirements of In2
Performance standards.
Physically capable of performing gym floor checks.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Able to follow procedure and carry out tasks requested effectively and efficiently.
Able to work effectively with the In2 Performance team.
**KEY QUALITIES | DESIRABLE**
Knowledge of gym industry and gym equipment.
First Aid and CPR certifications. excellent computer literacy skills.
Barista experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Admin Duties
Provide new members with excellent gym introduction; our packages, what we provide, tours and meeting their needs.
Providing excellent customer support and experience.
Producing shift report.
General Responsibilities Include
Gym checklists.
Stocking goods.
Ensuring reception is presentable at all times.
Coordinating with Gym Floor Coordinator to ensure gym floor is up to In2
Performance standards.
Communicating all issues and reporting all problems and incidences to management.
Serving all members and non-members.
Attend workshop classes to improve skills and knowledge in order to perform all tasks correctly and efficiently.
Complete any additional tasks requested by management.
**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
The following KPI’s are general. Specific targets will be set for the role based on annual reviews. This will include an appraisal and review of the attainment of the
KPI’s set at previous review.
1.Deliver specific targets agreed by In2 Performance.
2.Maintain effective relationships with various staff within relevance to tasks.
3.Maintain effective relationships with members and non-members to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided.
4.Carry out duties and responsibilities to an effective and efficient standard.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:

- Noble Park North, VIC 3174: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
