- **The Role**:_
We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our Melbourne team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be in contact with our valued customers regarding orders placed, delivery schedules and product warranties.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns or requirements and then providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Updating and communicating with customers regarding their orders.
- Organising and booking customers in for delivery.
- Process transactions and manage customer orders
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up
- **What We’re Looking For**:_
- A passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Interest in outdoor living, furniture, or design is a bonus

Pay: $46,460.00 - $79,143.72 per year
