**About the role**

Movember is the leading organisation changing the face of men’s health globally, taking on mental health and suicide prevention, prostate and testicular cancers.

We’re on the hunt for an enthusiast of moustaches and marketing. Led by the local Head of Marketing Campaigns and working together with the local PR Manager, Social Media Manager and Content Manager, the Marketing Campaigns Manager is responsible for helping to plan, implement, manage and evaluate Movember’s year-round local marketing efforts in their assigned region.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Drive year-round relevance, engagement, and audience growth
- Plan and deliver inspiring impact and income marketing campaigns. Comfortably be able to develop local marketing campaigns as well as implement globally-led creative solutions in a localised way; ensuring all communications and integrated channel plans are relevant for Australia with the potential to galvanise and motivate our audiences to take action.
- Lead the delivery of owned channel marketing integration and paid and donated ATL advertising, including both media and production requirements.
- Partner with the local media agency and/or owner, PR & Comms Manager, Social Media Manager, Digital Team, Content Manager and our in-house Creative Studio Team to deliver YOY growth in reach, impact, and value across all ATL media channels.
- Work collaboratively with partnerships team, corporate partners, and sporting partners to support the delivery of considered partnership campaigns and activity, amplifying our reach and delivering remarkable community experiences.
- Harness strong written and verbal communication skills to expertly manage marketing projects and stakeholders internally and externally; as well as guide compelling storytelling narratives to support the delivery of year-round marketing campaigns and activity.
- Work collaboratively with the fundraising team, experience team, and broader Movember business to bring to life the jewel in our crown, the Movember campaign.
- Be a local brand champion who guides, inspires, and supports the country teams in your market to advocate for our band and maintain brand integrity.
- Lead on the reporting of all local Marketing initiatives.

**For this role, you’ll need**
- 5 years experience in contemporary marketing roles; more than two years’ experience working in a busy agency or brand environment.
- Resourceful critical thinker, with strong ability to prioritise and forward plan.
- Creative thinking capabilities; understands how to develop integrated campaigns and consider broader supporter journey.
- A strong understanding of different types of content and the role of content and creative across a spectrum of marketing channels.
