**About the Role**:
As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role and will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of marketing campaigns and channel marketing initiatives. This role will require a level of proficiency in copywriting, CRM, CMS, social media management, marketing automation platforms and reporting & analytics.

**What you'll be doing**
- Plan, implement, and deliver marketing campaigns and channel marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Campaign Manager to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Develop and execute copywriting tasks for various marketing materials.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track and analyse customer interactions.
- Utilise content management systems (CMS) for website and content updates.
- Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Implement and optimise marketing automation platforms to streamline campaign processes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance marketing efforts.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or campaign specialist role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box
- Familiarity with marketing automation and project management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
