Elixr has been a beautiful sanctuary for its members for 20 years in both the CBD and Bondi Junction. The club in the heart of Bondi Junction is one of Sydney's largest - set across two levels of 3500 sqm and offering two personal training studios, seven exercise class studios, a 25m indoor heated pool, the latest LifeFitness cardio equipment, luxurious changerooms with steam rooms and Dyson hairdryers, as well as an in-house nutritionist and massage treatment room.

Our main offices are located in the office tower above the Bondi Junction club and directly opposite Westfield Bondi Junction.

There are over 250 classes to choosen from per week with Pilates reformer and mat, Yoga, and Group Exercise including Spin, HIIT, Power, Aqua, Real Fitness Kickboxing and Floor Barre. Experience a club like no other.

**Marketing & Partnership Executive role opportunity**

Elixr Health Clubs head office in Bondi Junction is looking for a motivated, creative and experienced marketing professional to join our existing marketing team. Join our friendly, dynamic team and help us collaborate with our growing list of brand partners as well as manage key marketing initiatives that both grow and retain our membership base.

Elixr is proud to partner with key brands like The Australian Ballet, Hamilton the Musical and Moulin Rouge The Musical - as their official health club of choice in Sydney.
- Key responsibilities include: _
- Identify new brand partnership opportunities to collaborate with and deliver mutually beneficial initiatives, events and marketing programs. Partner brands may range from musical and performance entertainment groups, leisure and exercise brands to health products.
- Cultivate existing brand partnerships to deliver exciting marketing initiatives that engage existing members and attract new members to the Elixr community.
- Manage key marketing initiatives focused on retaining and engaging our current member community, as well as targeting prospective members.

**Experience required**

We are looking for the following:

- Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing, business development or communication role.
- A personable, creative and driven individual who is self motivated to work independently and also can work as part of a team.
- Must hold a degree or qualifications in marketing and communication.
