As a Telemarketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Managed Print Services and reaching out to potential clients. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and success in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to promote Coreform's Managed Print Services.
- Identify and qualify leads through research and direct communication.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up diligently with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $171.04 - $359.96 per day

**Benefits**:

- Bondi Junction, NSW 2022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)
