**What we’re looking for**

A talented career driven individual with experience in marketing in the hospitality industry to take on the role as the group Marketing and Social Media Manger. Reporting to the directors, this individual will be responsible for creating photographic and video content and overseeing the social media accounts across the group’s brands. The role will be responsible for creating content for a variety of uses, and execute strategic deliverables for each brand, creating and posting content in line with specific campaigns, promotions and brand building.
- Direct creation, production and editing of imagery and video content for assets, social media posts (including stories), advertising and collateral;
- Selection of external resources (photographers and videographers) to suit brand and content purpose;
- Scoping, art direction and supervision of all external resource shoots;
Management of all group imagery and video;
- Writing of copy for social media posts, websites, releases and PR requirements;
- Communicating with media outlets such as Broadsheet, Time Out, Bartender Magazine;
- Management of all group social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including DM and comment replies;
- Building a social media content plan in line with brand strategy and event calendar;
- Weekly reporting and analysis on the performance of content across digital channels;
Alignment of all the above in relation to the overarching company/brand strategy.

A degree in hospitality, business or marketing would be beneficial
