**About the Opportunity**

Take on a key role where you'll work closely with team members, business leaders, and industry experts to deliver critical knowledge and skills to our leadership team. You'll focus on designing and delivering effective development programs for all leadership levels in our Leisure brands. These programs will support and drive operational excellence, equipping our Leisure leaders with everything they need to lead successful businesses and brands.

The role is essential in achieving our company's goals of improving leadership capabilities, increasing employee engagement, and supporting FCTG's future leadership and growth objectives. Join us and play a crucial part in driving meaningful change

**What you will be doing**:
Blended Facilitation:
The role involves research, knowledge-sharing and facilitating leadership and empowerment programs. These programs will be delivered through various learning-based activities and tools to enhance participant capabilities and leadership performance from intermediate to advanced levels. You'll confidently deliver content across diverse leadership and power skills areas, engaging participants in both small group settings and large conferences. Facilitation includes workshops, virtual content tours, and combinations of in-person and virtual sessions. You'll act as host or moderator for virtual programs and confidently managing online meeting technologies and tools to ensure smooth communication and delivery. Responsibilities also include small group coaching, mentoring learners on program projects, providing feedback, and supporting real job activity knowledge transfers.

FCTG Commercial Knowledge:
You'll maintain a sophisticated understanding of the leadership capabilities necessary to deliver exceptional external customer experiences. This includes staying knowledgeable about FCTG's talent management strategy, fluency in commercial models, and aligning with business goals and customer strategies to ensure success.

Communication & Management:
Engage with internal teams like operations, technology, marketing, finance, and senior leaders to effectively conceptualise and deliver leadership development initiatives. You'll uphold FCTG values, professionalism and agility in all stakeholder relationships, including in collaborative efforts with the wider People and Culture team. This includes serving as a primary contact for all program-related inquiries from leaders and participants, ensuring coordination with other contributors and SMEs for program materials and logistics, including systems support and participant travel arrangements. Responsibilities also encompass managing enrolments, maintaining participant records, tracking project data, and collecting and analysing program evaluations and surveys.

Innovative & Customer Centric Mindset:
You'll collaborate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines, proactively seek enhancements to FCTG and People & Culture products, and maintain essential brand and travel industry knowledge to support stakeholders and customers. Crucially, you will stay abreast of learning and development industry trends and methodologies.

Design Fluency:
You'll maintain proficiency with various learning systems and design tools used by the Professional Development team at FCTG. This includes contributing to the creation and maintenance of program content for participant use and reference.

**What you will need**:
Essential Skills
- Minimum Five (5) years' previous experience leading successful operational teams within the FCTG Leisure pillar
- A demonstrated record of achieving profitable results and alignment with FCTG’s OBW systems and processes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, mentor, coach and transfer expertise to others
- Strong track record in analysing operational problems and deploying improved and timely solutions
- An outstanding record of integrity and personal branding
- High attention to detail
- The ability to move programs and initiatives forward in times of uncertainty
- Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), instructional design platforms and tools (e.g. Adobe, Canva)
- A flexible, proactive, solution-oriented individual
- Excellent influencing and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and build strong/credible relationships
- Ability to create and contribute to the design of leadership programs

Desirable
- Experience in the creation and delivery of learning and development programs
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Additional certification/s from talent and training associations a plus degree in education, design, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Experience across multiple brands/businesses/discipline areas
