Human Resources & Leadership Trainer

Location: Sydney Based (Travel Required)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor / ABN required

Deliver Real-World Training That Makes a Difference

Are you an experienced trainer with a background in Human Resources & Leadership?

We're seeking a confident and capable Short Course Trainer (Independent Contractor ) to deliver specialised training programs focused on practical and industry specific Human resources and leadership skills within the Hospitality Industry.

There is also an opportunity to deliver accredited HR and Leadership courses, up to Diploma level.

What will you be doing ?

Deliver Non Accredited Face-To-Face or online short courses across NSW and facilitate sessions on:

  • Human Resources
  • Leadership
  • Mental Health within the workplace
  • Professional behavior
  • Sexual Violence

Travel will be required to attend client sites, including regional and interstate travel. (Travel rates provided)

You'll need to be confident delivering training to a variety of workplace environments and have the ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.

Our Non Negotiables

  • ABN and reliable transport
  • Current WWCC
  • Willing to travel to client sites
  • Working experience in Human Resources & Leadership
  • Experience facilitating adult learning or workplace training

Our Desirables (Please still apply if you don't meet the below points)

  • Experience working in a hospitality venue
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE Required for Accredited Courses Only)
  • Related Qualifications in HR & Leadership
