Evolve Communities provides interactive Indigenous Cultural Awareness Training and Reconciliation tools. Our goal is to inspire 10 million Allies to create a kinder, more inclusive Australia. Tools range from online and in person programs to our resources such as books and videos like Ask Aunty and Ask an Ally.

Our directors, Aunty Munya Andrews and Carla Rogers, have developed a unique Reconciliation and Allyship Accreditation pathway with 3 steps - Ally (Internal Mastery), Support Facilitator (External Awareness) and Lead Facilitator (External Mastery). This is for people who wish to champion Allyship and Reconciliation within themselves, their organisation and communities. You will be the lead coordinator of the Accreditation program, working with the guidance of our directors and operations coordinator to deliver online and in-person programs (we will train you to do this).

The right person for this role will be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent and will have the skills, passion, lived-experience and leadership required to share your culture and inspire Allyship. You’ll understand and respect the many years of thought and work that have gone into creating Evolve’s programs, resources and Intellectual Property, and be keen to support the Evolve approach with our clients and participants. You resonate with Evolve’s values of kindness, creativity and integrity (walking the talk). You’ll be open to learning and growing with the guidance of the Evolve team and Directors to lead our facilitators, training and Accreditation programs.

**Key Objectives**

Coordinate the Evolve Facilitator Accreditation process

Maintain, update & develop training resources and materials

Deliver Evolve’s cultural awareness programs both in-person and online

**What You Will Do**

Coordinate the Evolve Facilitator Accreditation process
- Assist and eventually lead training program and feedback sessions for Accredited support and lead facilitators
- Develop, manage and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Accreditation with the Administrative Assistant, this includes:

- onboarding participants to the Accreditation Operations
- mark (Competent/not competent) assessment responses and return with a complete answer
- update the Accreditation pathway spreadsheet as participants complete each stage of the process

Maintain, update & develop training resources and materials
- Update training programs as needed
- Researching Content for New Webinars/Programs
- Update training materials as needed
- Guides
- Checklists
- Troubleshooting problems
- Update Assessments as needed

Deliver Evolve’s cultural awareness programs both in-person and online
- Deliver Evolve’s Yarning Circles eventually as Lead Facilitator, both in-person and online (full training will be provided)
- This will require interstate travel

**What You Will Need**
- **Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage**:

- A commitment to Reconciliation in Australia and a willingness to learn more
- Previous teaching or training experience and the confidence to present training to executives, leadership teams and managers
- Ability to self-manage and stay motivated while working in a remote environment
- Willingness to attend (and eventually deliver) in-person training in the Sydney CBD (up to 2 days per week)
- Willingness to travel interstate
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing; strong client service and problem-solving skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- A continuous improvement mindset to strive to make procedure as best as they can be
- Ability to work in a team setting with people from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent engagement skills to be able to obtain information for a variety of stakeholders
- Experience developing training documentation including standard operating procedures will be highly regarded
- knowledge of various training and teaching methods will be highly regarded
- knowledge of Project Management, Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) will be highly regarded

**What You’ll Love About the Role**
- Permanent Part Time, Hybrid Role
- 32 hours/4-days per week (Core hours 10am to 3pm AEDT, Mon - Thurs)
- Work from your home in the Sydney/Illawarra area and be available to attend in-person workshops up to 2 days per week (including some interstate travel but mostly in the Sydney CBD)
- Starting Salary $70-80K+super pro-rata - reviewed and adjusted annually in accordance with performance and role development
