This is a client-focused role where you'll lead facilitation and coaching engagements with senior leaders and teams in large, complex organisations.

We are based in Fitzroy on Wurundjeri land. We respect that different types of work need different environments. So, it's up to you where you work from and when you work. We are in the process of establishing a physical presence in Sydney and would prefer you to be based there, though we're open to exceptional candidates in other locations where travel requirements can be managed.

Much of our work involves partnering with large organisations in the areas of culture, leadership and strategy. Clients are our partners. We work with them by accompanying them through vital issues and developing the leadership that is required by their context.

Your role

As a ByMany Leadership Partner you would have accountability for holding client relationships. You will have end to end responsibility for client engagements including context discovery, co-creation and facilitating of client workshops. You will have responsibility for client coaching (individual and group). You would work closely with senior Leadership Partners on the design of an engagement; the discovery processes including leading client interviews and outcome synthesis; designing leadership workshops, events and collectively learning from the work.

What you bring:

• Facilitation excellence: Extensive experience (8 years) facilitating and coaching in leadership development particularly in large, complex organisations. You'll have the confidence to lead from the front of the room, adapt in real time, and hold senior cohorts through challenging and transformative conversations.

• Client partnership: This means being an exceptional partner through hosting and accompanying clients in a ByMany way. We never 'manage' a client.

• Leadership development passion: A genuine passion for developing leaders and creating transformative experiences.

• Professional background: An organisational psychology, development or talent background (qualifications and/or experience).

• Delivery excellence: Attention to detail and disciplined project management.

• Learning mindset: A deep commitment to learning from others and contributing to their learning.

• Commercial acumen: Having a good understanding of what drives business performance.

• Corporate experience: At least 8-10 years experience in a large corporate or client services environment and the stakeholder partnership required for success.

• Work eligibility: Can legally work in Australia.
