The GURNER Wellness Group is a private wellness club redefining luxury health and wellbeing. Our offering combines state-of-the-art performance training, recovery, spa, and immersive group experiences in a truly world-class environment. With clubs already established in Melbourne, we are now expanding into Sydney and are seeking exceptional facilitators to join our community.

About The Role:

We are looking for passionate, experienced Breathwork and Meditation Facilitators to deliver transformative group classes that embody the Saint Haven ethos. Our classes range from restorative and therapeutic to energising and performance driven. As a facilitator, you will hold space for our members with professionalism, presence, and care always going above and beyond to create an environment where members feel both deeply supported and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong ability to facilitate meditation and/or breathwork sessions in line with Saint Haven's class offerings and ethos

  • Deliver classes that combine scientific credibility with a premium member experience

  • Contribute to maintaining facilitator excellence and consistency across all clubs

  • Collaborate with the Head of Breathwork & Meditation and wider performance team

  • Support member education on the benefits of meditation and breathwork for recovery, performance, and wellbeing

  • Be part of a consciously connected team - open to growing and learning and evolving the space.

Key Attributes, Qualifications & Experience:

  • Breathwork or Meditation certification and or proof of study

  • 2 yrs+ Experience in guiding meditation and/or breathwork in group settings

  • Confident, reliable, and passionate about supporting people's growth and wellbeing

  • Skilled at creating safe and inclusive environments for diverse member needs

  • Strong understanding of breathwork and meditation modalities (e.g. mindfulness, pranayama, nervous system regulation, transformational/conscious connected breathwork)

  • Alignment with Saint Haven's high standards of

  • Strong communication and a desire to be a part of a team of facilitators.
