**THE ORGANISATION**

Our client is one of Australia's leading entertainment organisations who have been experiencing rapid growth and change over the past 12 months. They have been nominated employer of choice for thousands of Australians across multiple states and embrace a collaborative, diverse culture. Due to a significant transformation they are looking for a Facilitation, Design and Leadership Consultant to join their team of 9 on a 2 year fixed term contract. Based in Sydney CBD in a state of the art office with flexible work arrangements.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Leadership, Design and Facilitation Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering and executing Crown’s Leadership program to a

diverse cohort of leaders at all levels spanning the breadth of the business. The role will include classroom style facilitation of an already established program to middle manager level leaders. You will be leading dynamic group discussions, looking at the content being delivered and working through how to the content going outside of the classroom.
