We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator.

This is a unique hybrid role for an experienced Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator who is ready to step into leadership. You will not only facilitate world-class classes but also act as the key support and point of contact for our Sydney facilitator team.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards across our offering, supporting other facilitators, and ensuring classes run seamlessly day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Facilitate meditation and breathwork sessions that align with Saint Haven's ethos and class offerings

·       Act as the lead point of contact for the Sydney facilitator team, providing support and guidance

·       Organise class covers and support the scheduling of classes in Mind-Body

·       Deliver analytics to management

·       Ensure facilitator standards are upheld, including consistent delivery and professionalism

·       Communicate effectively with both facilitators and management to support smooth operations

Key Attributes, Qualifications & Experience:

· Breathwork or Meditation certification and or proof of study

·       Experienced in leading meditation and/or breathwork classes, with strong knowledge of multiple modalities (e.g. mindfulness, pranayama, nervous system regulation, transformational/conscious connected breathwork)

·       Organised, proactive, and confident in managing scheduling and class logistics

·       Strong communicator who can support, inspire, and guide a team of facilitators

·       Professional, reliable, and aligned with Saint Haven's luxury wellness standards

·       Comfortable balancing facilitation with leadership and administrative responsibilities
