**JOB TITLE**:
Studio Concierge
**JOB TYPE**: Full Time (38 hours per week)
**HOURS**: Monday to Friday,11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Accounts/Admin from 11:00 AM - 3:45 PMReception from 3:45 PM - 7:00 PM
**LOCATION**: 1/72 Argyle Street, South Windsor NSW 2756
**REPORTING TO**: Studio Directors
**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:As the Studio Concierge, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organised environment for our studio. Your day will blend vital administrative and accounts work with front-of-house reception duties, ensuring the studio operates smoothly while clients and students feel at home.
**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Accounts/Admin (11:00 AM - 3:45 PM)**:
- Process customer accounts and manage debt recovery.
- Maintain data accuracy and organise studio systems.
- Handle uniform orders and manage stock levels.
- Assist with preparing reports and general admin tasks as needed.
- **Reception (3:45 PM - 7:00 PM)**:
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and professional presence at the studio.
- Answer phone calls, manage enquiries, and coordinate callbacks.
- Keep reception and waiting areas clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Oversee sales of uniforms and other stock items.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure trials and tours run smoothly.
**ROLE INTENTIONS**:

**Attention to Detail**: Ensure all accounts, administrative tasks, and reception duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
**Organisation and Presentation**: Maintain a clean, organised, and professional studio environment.
Pay: $46,460.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
