**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments and recall systems using dental software (e.g., Dental4Windows, EXACT, or similar).
- Process payments, health fund claims (HICAPS), and manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate treatment plans, quotes, and consent forms with patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient scheduling.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as stock ordering, invoicing, and reporting as required.

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a dental receptionist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial transactions.
- Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is essential.
