You’re super organised, always on top of admin and finding new and better ways to do things. You love the challenges of problem solving and taking charge of an area and making it run smoother. You’re accustomed to having several balls in the air at once, and get bored if you don’t have enough to do.

This role is challenging in that it has a very steep learning curve and needs a specific person to be able to take on these responsibilities. You must be solution oriented, very detailed in your work, always “on the ball”, love admin and policy and hungry for more duties and responsibilities.

This role is for a food distribution company that is incredibly busy and growing fast. This company provides orders for food service (restaurants & commercial kitchens) and retail (food for supermarkets). This role is in their customer service department, so it is a role that is on the phones and performing administrative duties.

The owner is a self made man, who has a lot of inspiration and advice he loves to share with his team. Seeing someone come in, who is hungry to improve themselves and develop themselves professionally really lights him up and he loves to provide opportunities and mentor people like that. The team they have built is tight knit and hard working, and delivers a high level of customer service (they’ve won awards for it) and if you aren’t at that same level, you probably won’t last long. In addition to normal customer service duties, this role includes a range of responsibilities;
- Administration and Processing orders,
- Organising deliveries including interstate,
- Liaising with the warehouse,
- Liaising and relationship building with clients,
- Outbound calls to our existing clients and customer base,
- Suggesting/upselling and cross selling,
- Taking calls for issues; driver issues, delivery issues etc,
- Working with suppliers,
- Ad hoc admin duties

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,538.17 per year
