**About us**

Melbourne Chain Wire Fencing specialise in fencing sporting fields and education sites. We are a growing fencing contractor setting new standards in service delivery that is looking for the next generation of workers to progress through our business and to grow with the business

**About you**

We want someone who has:

- all-round office experience - reception, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- experience supporting a sales team or in other customer service role
- attention to detail with proficient IT skills and the ability to learn new computer systems easily
- an organised outlook, accurate, safety conscious and a good communicator.
- a cheerful manner and enjoys working in a busy team

**The role**

As part of a small team, you will assist the Financial Controller in managing the business operations. As part of a four-person office you will share responsibility for:

- Reception (VOIP PBX)
- Sales administration
- Accounts payable
- Tender preparation and contract compliance
- General administration - PPE, fleet coordination, HR assistance, marketing support, maintaining office supplies
