We employ 600 staff nationally and have a strong people-centric approach. **ABOUT THIS ROLE** Reporting to the Chief People Officer, and part of the People, Culture and Talent Leadership Team in a hybrid capacity from our Sydney CBD office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support our ambitious growth plans. You will lead and mentor a wonderful team of dynamic talent acquisition specialists and play a crucial role in ensuring we attract and retain top talent across the Arriba Group. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talent acquisitions specialists to achieve targets and goals and providing guidance and support in all aspects of the recruitment process. - Drive strategic initiatives including workforce planning, enhancing graduate recruitment and student placement programs. - Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organisations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. - Develop and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process and drive data-driven decision-making. **WHY WE WORK HERE** - We value work/life balance - 4 "You" days extra leave, 1 x day for pet leave, volunteer & parental leave + true hybrid working - We support families - gender-neutral parental leave policy - up to 8 weeks full pay (not just a top up) - We reward your hard work - through our Gracias recognition platform featuring vouchers & discounts - We shake things up - we are innovators & disrupters constantly running new initiatives lead by our Head of Innovation - We invest in our people - experienced leaders to work with you & $1000 for your professional development - We are respected by our peers & our staff - we were proud to be voted #1 Best Place to Work 2022 in Healthcare by the Australian Financial Review. - We are a vibrant & diverse team who really enjoys working together **ABOUT YOU** You have both strategic and operational experience, a low ego mindset and the ability to inspire and empower your team, along with the following: - Strong alignment with our purpose, vision and values. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent corporate experience. - A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years of successfully leading high performing talent acquisition teams. - Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans & lead workforce planning, with best practices, drive results, and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Deep understanding of various sourcing strategies and tools, including social media, job boards, professional networks and proven partnerships with universities. - Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyse data to drive strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in Allied Health, broader Healthcare industry or other industries leading innovation, digital solutions is highly desirable. - Ability to travel to various locations in Australia if and when required. - Ability to pass a police check and NDIS Worker Check **APPLY TODAY** - We put people first.
