**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in forging a lasting, open and collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience to this tech client based in Clayton. A big part of this position is setting up this new office, the 2nd site in Melbourne.

Create an interesting and impactful client engagement strategy and oversee a comprehensive range of services across the campus with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance.

**An Overview of the role**:
Develop an active and visible workplace team which is proactive, responsive, dynamic, engaging and agile
Introduce technology and digital platforms to enable the workplace team to transform into the workplace team of the future
Deliver JLL’s Human Experience Roadmap across the campus and ensure the delivery of all operational requirements to uplift workplace experience, well-being and community engagement
Promote and deliver programs which drive employee engagement, sense of belonging, fun and excitement at work that contribute to employee productivity and pride
Create a fun and impactful client engagement strategy
Work on space management through data analytics and ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded and actioned to the satisfaction of the end user
Ensure the team is well trained on all facilities policies, procedures and systems
Take full ownership of the budget and manage this across sites
Track and monitor performance metrics and indicators for the site, ensuring finance KPI’s are exceeded

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Experience in workplace delivery or facilities management
Excellent time management and communication skills
Keen focus on building and sustaining productive business relationships
Confident, friendly and engaging
Motivational team player who is persistent in achieving optimal results
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Recognised certifications in facility management, PMP, health and safety or human experience would be an asset
Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite
