**Your impact**:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Cloud & Workplace Manager to join our Infrastructure and Operations team. The manager of Cloud and Workplace sits within the Regional Hub you will have significant responsibilities across the following chapter verticals: Public, Private & Hybrid cloud, Microsoft Server and platform technologies, Workplace technologies, O365 platform and Collaboration. (Teams and SharePoint Online)

**Key Responsibilities**:
The day to day role of the Cloud & Workplace Manager is a hands on role and will include overall accountability for:

- Leading and supporting the Cloud and Workplace capability for new and existing Asahi Beverage services under operational support.
- Responsible for operational management/technical leadership of all Cloud and Workplace services, in collaboration with our service partners achieved through the management and direction of colleagues, contractors and vendors in designing, maintaining and optimising the Asahi Oceania IT infrastructure landscape.
- Provide governance oversight, standards and technology roadmap for Cloud and Workplace services.
- Provide input on developing and refining architectural standards.
- Support Project teams on all technical change requests, risks & issues, schedule detail and any governance support, and sign off of all technical deliverables. Govern transition to support activities on behalf of the Cloud and Workplace team.
- Lead and manage the Cloud and Workplace team, provide technical guidance and support.

**About you**:
You have experience across infrastructure platforms & devices - MCSA/MCSE level engineer. With proficiency on Microsoft Azure, Workplace technologies or solutions certification.

**You also have**:

- A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience Microsoft infrastructure support and improvement activities
- 3+ years experience in practical use of cloud based services such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS deployment scenarios using Azure
- 5+ years in a Technical Microsoft Lead or similar capacity
- Expertise across Microsoft stack, virtualisation and Azure and platforms
- Solid experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Services and Azure Active Directory supporting both traditional on-premise Microsoft and Azure environments.
