We are seeking a
***hands-on
**Workplace Manager** to join a global leader in integrated facility management services. You will be working with an on-site team for one of their major clients, a household name in Energy Resources.

As the
**Workplace Manager, **you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a highly functional workplace, which fosters collaboration, innovation and agility.

You will oversee a comprehensive range of services encompassing both hands-on and strategic elements for the
**Melbourne CBD office, **with a focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance. You will have 3 direct reports nationally, with support from an overarching central management team.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Lead & deliver workplace services, ensuring high levels of customer service satisfaction
- Strategic delivery of workplace solutions in line with operational requirements
- Ensure all escalations are effectively managed and promptly resolved
- Report/resolve any workplace, and/or soft service issues promptly
- Coordinate site operations to ensure continuity of property services
- Align and collaborate with the facilities management (FM) services team
- Deliver performance reporting to all stakeholders

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Workplace or Client Experience Lead role
- Extraordinary Customer Service skills
- Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship building experience
- Demonstrated soft service facilities management experience is highly regarded
- Previous experience in managing reporting, budgeting and forecasting

This role will be on an
**initial 6 month contract** with a strong possibility of permanency. You will work in a vibrant environment with flexibility and the exposure to a Global firm.
