**BRIEF**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Workplace Manager to join our Melbourne office in a busy and pivotal role, developing and implementing established business processes and procedures, and supporting fee-earner staff.

You will work with central support teams on core policies and practices, such as Environmental Management, Business Continuity, Travel, Health and Safety and space standards. You will also p rovide training and development to staff of Firm's best practices to ensure sufficient ongoing support is provided and maintained to the business. And you'll be responsible for the management of the day-to-day reception, front of house and workplace functions.

You will work closely with the Workplace Manager Australia, supporting all things Facilities.

This is a broad and diverse role; no one day will be the same

**ABOUT YOU**

- Experience in project management delivery.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management and administrative skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and at times to very tight deadlines.
- Ability to muti-task efficiently, excellent attention to detail, and a calm, methodical approach.
- An ability to build relationships quickly with a wide range of people.
- Bring energy, passion, inclusion and empathy to the role

Required qualifications:

- Educated to AS/A level or equivalent, including Maths and English.
- Intermediate Level 3 IWFM or equivalent.
- Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent).
