Correct Accident Repairs in North Melbourne is centrally located, close to various public transport options and lots of off-street parking. **The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the team at Correct Accident Repairs North Melbourne

Do you have a passion for delivering quality customer service? Our Customer Service Officer's support our wider workshop team and provide a high level of service to our customer base.

Permanent position. Monday to Friday. 38 hours per week.

**Role responsibilities**
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc)
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs

- Proven experience within a Customer Service position
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
