Our client is a leading provider of electrical interconnection and automation technologies. Their products are engineering tools which connect, measure, control and interlink industries around the world.

**The Role**
Our client is seeking a friendly customer service officer with excellent communication and attention to detail who can provide clients and customers with a positive experience. This is a permanent full time position, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.45pm located in Noble Park North. Your key responsibilities would include;
- Taking orders and data entry
- Answering customer queries and making appropriate actions
- Dealing with Transport carriers around deliveries
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell
- Create new orders and sales opportunities
- General administration duties

**Skills/Experience**
- Experience in customer service
- Competent in general computer knowledge e.g. MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with data entry
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional telephone manner and clear verbal communication
- Works effectively in fast paced environment and can prioritise tasks appropriately
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships
- SAP knowledge (preferred)
