**Role Purpose**:As part of the Sales team, the Customer Service Officer is responsible for working with customers to fulfill orders and address any queries they may have. A key focus of this role is to ensure that superior service is being delivered to all current and potential clients of the business. This role works closely with other departments to ensure accurate information is being conveyed to our clients.

**Reporting Line**:This position is located at Edinburgh North and will report to the Customer Service Supervisor and the National Sales Manager.

**Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to function in a high performance, results driven environment.
- Excellent communication, and people skills
- Ability to change and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with telephone, IT, and ERP systems

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Highly accurate and proficient data entry for customer orders.
- Regular outbound phone contact with customers aligning with call cycle.
- Drive sales growth by actively pursuing new distribution opportunities and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Strong focus on improving the customer experience in alignment with required outcomes.
- Provide timely feedback to the customer service supervisor and production team for customer orders and customer queries.
- Continuous improvement by identifying issues, challenges, and finding and implementing solutions.
- Reception duties as required.
- Continuously adhere to Barossa Fine Foods Values, Objectives, Policies and Procedures.
