Tasks of position:

- determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
- Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
- promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
- maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions
- discuss business strategy with head office and undertaking budgeting for the store
- Hire staff and train employees in business standards and policies.
- ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
