  • Position: Retail Manager
  • Location: Carrum Downs, VIC 3201
  • Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time
  • Rates: Negotiable depending on experience

 Key Responsibilities: As a Retail Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Train and develop team members to provide excellent product knowledge and customer care.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
  • Must be able to roster staff according to a budget.
  • Manage staff effectively to ensure a motivated and productive team.
  • Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Utilize computer software for various operational tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Pharmacy experience essential
  • S2/S3 trained
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of healthcare products or pharmacy retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to roster staff effectively within budget constraints.
  • Proficiency in staff management, report completion, and computer software usage.
