**Main Duties**:
1. Bookkeeping:
- Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
3. Payroll Administration:
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and handle related inquiries.
4. Expense Management:
- Monitor and control office expenses.
- Reconcile credit card statements and employee reimbursement claims.
5. Office Management:
- Supervise and coordinate general office operations.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
6. Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for audit purposes.
8. Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to provide financial insights and support.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software, MS Excel, and office management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $52,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
